Practical flat in vibrant SoFo, construction work

Only fast responses from support in the beggining when I needed to make checkin and the area.

That I've booked differ flat, with different interior that was important for me. This one was not so cozy, different bad locations, dirty carpets, dirty kitchen, dirty sofa, old dirty kitchen towels, dirty balcony. We were all as disappointed as possible.

Overall, the flat was standard clean.The staff who helped us with answering our questions via chat during our stay was very polite and responsive.

Overall experience was very below expectations. 1) the bathroom was cheaply built, with shower divided by only a curtain between other areas of the bathroom. This caused the bathroom floor to be wet. 2) the lock on the bathroom door was broken and was not fixed during our stay after we informed the property which caused a very inconvenient situation for 4 people staying in the unit sharing 1 bathroom. 3) the flat is very run-down and cheaply built. For example, the kitchen stove and counters are old, the switches, and the bathroom was very cheaply built. There wasn’t even a proper place to put a toilet paper next to the toilet. 4) the walls are very thin, you can hear people walking outside. 5) check-out time is 10AM and check-in at 4PM 6) there was visible stain on the sofa and it was broken when we first checked-in

Great location - comfy beds

Location was excellent. Quiet area, close to good bus routes, cafes/restaurants and supermarket. Bright and well equipped apartment.

Not really anyone’s fault but be aware the construction work going on at the moment starts early morning and is quite noisy.

Apartment was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cookware. Location in Stockholm was excellent.

When initially booking in January the apartment was advertised as "noise disturbed, later when confirming the booking this statement was clarified as "ongoing construction work". Terms like "may" hear construction work between 7 and 1730 were used. This was pure gaslighting. The reality is the apartment is the fourth wall of a major industrial construction site that starts punctuality at 7am and runs sometimes as late as 7pm. The construction site noise is intense all day to the level of a major earthquake, windows constantly vibrate and the sound of the machinery is so loud it is hard to converse at normal conversation levels when inside the apartment. We had rented the apartment for four days but checked out after two days as the apartment was completely unlivable and incredibly unpleasant to be in. Despite informing management I was travelling with my daughter the second bed was not made up. After informing them of this I was told "our cleaner should have made up both beds". Rather than sending a staff member to complete their work a bag of linen was hung on our door and we were expected to finish their work ourselves. They neglected to put pillow cases in the bag despite being informed of the linen required and rather than at least deliver them to us I was then informed to go to a locker a few floors up and retrieve them myself. This was reflective of the level of service in general provided at the apartment. I asked if it was possible to move to an apartment on the other side of the building away from the construction site and was responded to very ungraciously and shown fine print (I hadn't seen before) saying that I "may" hear construction site noise in the apartment between 7 and 1730 to demonstrate I had been sufficiently informed of the situation. "may" is a massive understatement as stated above. I notified the management we had checked out early and was given a brusque apology.

Keyless entry was good and the process was easy. There was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the linen was clean.

The laundry was by appointment only and a little confusing, but clean.
