Practical flat in vibrant SoFo, construction work

The property was very good, clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm went on twice and one time was early in the morning and was on for two hours. The sofa bed had a broken support beam.

Closeness to Sodermalm and the water

Very cramped kitchen, needs updating Building site outside the window, luckily not in use during our stay

Perfect neighborhood just south of the crowded Sofo. Easy transport for everything. Spacious apartment with a nice bed

No TV.... why? Cheap on bathroom and kitchen equipment but everything functional. Totally boring building, a bit creepy hallways, but that could be due to construction work

There is a bus that goes to the city right outside the property, a number of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket downstairs. The apt is big and spacious too. The apt owner is also responsive. Location feels safe with multiple passcodes before entering apt. However, before check in you will be sent a whole document writing alot of rules that comes with fines if not followed, which can feel abit restrictive.

The property is located in a nice neighbourhood. The house was clean and spacious. It has a departmental store right below. Which is super convenient.

The house is very nice with a good amount of room. There were 3 of us who stayed including the sofa bed and no issues of feeling cramped or squashed Efficient check in process with the codes to doors sent in good time Fast replies when asked questions Would probably stay again if I returned to Stockholm in future.

The restrictions on guests of any form was a bit overkill I think. I appreciate the need to be respectful for the residents but that can be expected without enforcing this. A bit far from the centre but this was clear from the time of booking. Not a complaint just a note.
