View and Location were amazing,your beach front is less crowded than those on down th beach either way so big plus and your minutes drive broadway etc.owner of our room was really nice n easy details to follow for access

the building as whole is dated and the grounds as a whole need more attention and or fixed

Property needs a deep cleaning so much dust. I found an underwear in the pots space. I suggest carry on your own bedding sheets and pillows.

Great location, balcony overlooking beach. Price was affordable. Did not encounter any bugs or pests in unit.

Dirty, had to sweep when we arrived and wipe off counters. No access to TV first 2 days due to issue with Roku device (ended up having to create a free Roku account in order to watch anything, WiFi very spotty and I had Verizon and I could only get 1 bar inside unit I’m guessing due to concrete walls. No laundry service on site so be prepared to wash your towels somewhere. Not the owners fault but the resort had one elevator other was out of service, no ice machine it was broken, no vending machines all were empty and out of service, pool was closed and seemed to have been for a long time they did tell us the pool in another building was open but we didn’t want to walk across the street so I’m not sure what it looked like. You are only given one key which was sometimes inconvenient.
