It was on the beach

The parking, the constant smell of weed, hard to get into, the table placement, no soap for bathroom

The area

The room was out dated, only 2 wash clothes no soap, ask for extra toilet tissue and was told that the room number that I was in did not have options to receive extra tissue. Was told that the room number that I was in did not have pool access.

The location.

It wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the balcony door was broken for the entire 1st day , and half of the 2nd day. The owner did have someone come and fix it, but I wasn’t aware of it being broken from the begin with. If I was aware, I would have never booked. The owner gave the option of moving to a different hotel initially, to prevent any monetary losses on his end, when I said that wasn’t an option, he agreed to 20% off my next stay .. but since the repair men didn’t arrive the next day during the time frame he gave , I gave him a call back && he then offered to give me a free night, but I couldn’t stay due to work, so I asked if the offer was available for any future dates. He said yes , it’s just hard to book during the summer months, he was more concerned about “losing money” than accommodating his guests properly. I called him today (a month later) and he was clueless when I asked about the free night .

Nothing! The pictures are photoshopped on the site. The property was horrible. Very dirty and unkept. I have plenty of pictures. Zero recommendations!

The staff at the front desk was very rude.

The room was nice and comfortable. It was clean and was just like it appeared on the internet.

The website said free on-site parking. The lady that checked us in charged us $20 per night, $60 total. I tried to explain to her about the ad, but she said it was wrong. I later talked to the owner, and he said there was not supposed to be a charge.

Area

Pool was closed and we didn’t know until we got there. Advertised a whirlpool tub and it didn’t have a whirlpool tub. No chairs in beach like pics showed

The view was amazing. Room was clean and comfy.

The round kitchen table was too big for the space making it difficult to walk thru . Replacing it with a rectangle model with only 2 chairs would suit the space better.

The location. Did not have extra blankets or extra paper towels or toilet paper. Sheets on one bed had food on it. We had to switch the sheet over to not touch it. All shelves with dishes on them were dirty. Washed dishes before using them due to being on the dirty shelves. Will not stay again
