Very clean and easy to get to pier

Struggled to find the property on google maps

The location was good

Bedding: There were no pillow slips nor pillow protectors on the pillow. So I was sleeping on a plain unprotected pillow. The sheet was dirty and has stains There was no mattress protector under the sheet so is directly on the mattress. The mattress had buttons which makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Made worse by no mattress protector. Bathroom: There was no hand towel Kitchen There was no oil or any basic cooking aids. No scissors Very few pans No bottle opener Living area: Sofa was stained and dirty looking No lamps to make it cosy Bleak and dirty paintwork. The one picture frame has no picture so retains the frame brand and size image. General: Wifi does not work. It comes up with lots of security errors when trying to connect. So I couldn't use it. This also meant the TV would not connect to the wifi so I couldn't use the TV HEATING. There were no instructions how to operate the heaters in either the bedroom or living area. I tried my best but couldn't get them to work. There is a strong smell of burnt candles or something that was not very pleasant. So overall not very happy with the booking. It is not as advertised, has many problems and does not feel like a cosy enjoyable place to sleep. Not to mention the disappointment with the locks on arrival where I couldn't get in and had to be sent a different code twice.

The location was amazing

There was only 1 towel between two people, messaged asking for another one and was told they had left two and to look again. The mattress was so uncomfortable

On first look on booking.com looked good But Shower room very disappointing, very very small, no mirror over the basin. Kitchen Dinner had only 1 chair at the table, broken oven door, sash windows that won’t stay open, broken blinds, hardly any any cutlery, no Tea spoons for example, tea towels ect Bed was comfortable but no wardrobe for our clothes, apart from a rail.

-shower head was spraying everywhere,impossible to take a shower without having wet face and hair -dirty:fingerprints on kitchen cupboards and mirrors,very dusty,wasnt hoovered properly,lots of bits and bobs on the floor,long hair and pubes from previous guests everywhere-even on the bed,bed cover with stains,sofa bed full of stains, -hole behind the bedroom door -they dont provide fan at all,even during hot days -requested 2bath&2hand towels,was provided only with 2bath, -bit of a faf with a check in,received the wrong key,when called the host wasnt very nice and insisted i had a correct key and i should be able to open,coz the cleaners just left and it has to work lol -door stoppers made out of lots of paper sheets folded together -overpriced for the standard u get

The location was fantastic. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Comfy bed, good communication with host. Very easy check in and check out.

we used the kitchen facilities most nights and unfortunately the kitchen was not particularly well equipped. Missed tea towels, cloths, bottle opener, glasses etc. and the coffee provided was for a plunger but no plunger was provided. Also one roll of toilet paper for 5 days stay wasn’t ideal. As the room is so central, ear plugs are necessary as it is noisy, especially on weekend nights.

The location is excellent - so easy to get around Brighton, close to the shops and lots of amazing restaurants on the street. The apartment is spacious and ideal for 2 people. The host was very responsive and helpful.

I communicated with the host about parking prior to our stay but it wasn't made clear we needed to prebook the closest car park. Make sure you do this as we ended up spending over 60 pounds on parking in addition to our stay.
