"Good place, but terrible owner."

Good place, check in was easy. Apartment was clean and tidy

Balcony was dirty and the toilet bidet holder was broken. Also before we checked in the owner asked to pay RM100 deposit. She has since ghosted me after I checked out and has yet to return my deposit even though has been many weeks.

"A security deposit issue"

A comfortable place to stay for vacation in Port Dickson, nearest to the beaches and shops. Free parking, gated and guarded community.

1). Fair to poor in maintenance of the building, i.e., water closet's door was broken. 2). The host requested for a security deposit of RM100 with granted refundable within 24-hours upon check out. However, they hasn't refunded it up to now (almost 1 week).
