1. The bed,pillow and blanket is smell bad and dirty. 2. The way they replied my question and the refundable so complicated to get.

The owner ask me to pay deposit RM100 but the owner don’t want to refund the fund. Please aware for this property for homestay living.

I like the property but the owner don’t want refund the fund back to me it have been 3days ady.

Value for money…very clean unit, spacious space and comfortable, self checkin/checkout make really easy for me since i traveled with kids…very responsive host Cik Mira

The location is quite near to most tourism spots and restaurants. The house is more than enough to fit 4 person. And there are TV and iron provided, the aircond are so cold.

There is one thing I hope that the person in charge can take note is the cleanliness. The bedroom is so dirty and the ceilings are full of clothes moth. The toilet is not clean at all with yellowish spots at the corners and I can even saw hairs around the floors. The whole room got a bit dusty and ants are all over at the door side entering our shoes. The surrounding of condo looks old. But the price os over there so we can't put so high expectations but I really hope that cleanliness can be improve.
