Italian Gem in the heart of Kos

Location. Clean. Well designed. Good price compared to hotels and much nicer, bigger accommodation. Host left treats for arrival for us to enjoy. Just a perfect stay.

It‘s a very very special place in the middle of the town of Kos. We loved the spacious and individual designed rooms. We had a lovely, friendly and welcoming host in Maria who made everything customized for us. She made it possible for us to have a late check in an to leave whenever we liked to. We loved the place and the familiar athmosphere.

There is nothing to complain.

Location is excellent. The home is very warm and has lots of space. The host left us goodies to eat and was very responsive and inviting.

The pillows were a bit soft for our preference. It was very nice having a washer however, it is soooooo loud. It makes a very loud screaming noise making it impossible to just throw a load in and go to bed. For pick up and drop off your friend Nick probably isn’t the best choice. I will take full responsibility for not sending him our departure details, however when people travel there are so many aspects of the trip they already have to plan sometimes things get missed . In my case we had a conversation about pick up and drop off and even agreed on a time. I sent him our arrival information but forgot to inform him of the pick up date. A professional would follow up and make sure to have all the details prior to agreeing to do the pick up however, he did not. Since his rate is standard 40euro one way it doesn’t make a difference if I went with him as that’s the standard taxi price. This recommendation in no way is your responsibility, I wanted to inform you of the situation in case this happens to someone else in the future.

Perfect location, right in the centre but still quiet. Very helpful owner. The property is of a very high standard. We'd stay again if we could.

This property is a true gem in the heart of Kos, beautifully designed, you can see the attention to detail in every corner of the apartment, from the scents to the lighting and decor. Very centrally located, walking distance to all you need to see…Maria is a great host, very responsive and detailed with information about the flat and recommendations of places to go in town. Highly recommend it!! I would definitely stay again

Every Single thing. Maria was the Hostest with the Mostest!! 200%. Once booked we were in communication re all. Incredibly kind efficient informative lady Maria. Greeted us upon arrival to show us her fabulous Italian Gem which had exquisite taste and design. A/c in bedroom. Fans through out. Felt like a Casa Blanca film set. Maria left fabulous treats of 2 lattice Apple pies. Hand made biscuits. Beautuful soaps and a fridge full of essentials butter marmalade. fruit juices sprite etc.... . The view from our kitchen window will remain engrained on my mind forever... and make me smile... we looked out into the old square with greek church in background. it resembled Covent garden. The vibe and buzz, the aroma of fresh coffee wafting through the skyline,, the humming of the vespra motorbikes (modern Honda 50's) the wonderful slow relaxing pace of the people, the glorious consistent warm gentle air, picturesque blue skys, warm friendly people.... I loved Crete 30 years ago.. Kos surely did not disappoint me. The apartment was the coolest best designed place I ever stayed. The bed was so comfy. Top grade bed linen. and if it can get any better.... the lady Maria was so so attentive and kind. Only reason i dont like writing this review is will it be available next time i go to Kos!! I Hope so!! Thank you Maria. You genuinely are a tremendous host. (A rare but beautiful experience) !! 😇
