Italian Gem in the heart of Kos

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The house itself is beautifully designed and very new. The host was super kind and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The house was equipped with everything I needed, and the welcome goodies were a much-appreciated touch. Truly a perfect stay!

Maria was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best time in Kos, she recommended places to go and things to do, helped us with queries and has absolutely everything you need even down to cotton buds and body wash! Maria also leaves you a few delicious goodies which is such a nice touch! Maria was so kind and lovely to us, I believe it is the best place to stay in Kos. We will definitely come back! :)

The apartment was very clean and great equipment. Maria was really nice and recommended some places, cafes, and restaurants to us. The location was perfect, there are a lot of trips starting from the port, which is about 2 minutes from the apartment by foot, there were many nice cafes and restaurants and the bus station is nearby as well. We would definitely come back!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Maria's apartment during our vacation, and it was nothing short of perfect. From recommending local spots to visit, to answering any questions we had, Maria was always available and eager to help. Her passion for her city was contagious and added a unique and personal touch to our vacation. In conclusion, Maria's apartment is **perfect for a couple's stay**. Between the beautiful apartment, the ideal location, and Maria's warm hospitality, our vacation was a memorable one. When I first found the apartment on booking the pictures looked so amazing to me I couldn’t believe there could be such a beautiful (and big, wow!!!) place to stay at the Platia, on of the best locations in Kos (in my opinion). You go out and are immediately in the old town of Kos. So we decided to book it, and even though we booked 3 days before our stay, the price was amazingly good. The host, Maria (very amazing woman!) texted me on whatsapp immediately which made us feel save and welcome. She sent me pictures of the house of the apartement and was very flexible about our arrival time. We checked in early in the day which fitted perfectly for us. When we arrived, Maria was right there to show us our stay for the next 4 days. Maria made a very clear and derailed instruction about everything. We came inside and were stunned by the beautiful apartment. I was looking around, stunned, with my mouth open the entire time thinking how i deserved this beautiful apartment haha. Everything was there!!! Even new toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap for hands and body, shampoo, conditioner, everything… And the apartment had a beautiful smell, everything smelled like soothing lemon. but thats just the closer look! Maria even made us a little (more than big actually) welcome present which made my heart flutter a little. She also bought us some snacks!! I never met such a heart-warming host. She is so welcoming and sweet and I am very thankful! The apartment is so beautifully designed and big, it has a beautiful bedroom with such a comfortable bed, wow. Maria also prepared some clean extra sheets for the bed. Theres also a big kitchen, also a cute living room which is soooo beautiful!! Very comfortable couches, even two of them. The bathroom was also more than I could ask for. We loved it there, me and my boyfriend felt like vip guests in a designer apartment. Even though i never stayed in an apartment twice I will keep this one in mind and definitely come back.

Our experience was incredible. Our hosts were friendly and accessible at all times in the lead up to and during our stay. Maria provided us with amazing recommendations for dining that were the highlights of our time in Kos. Perfectly positioned in town, the space itself was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return in the future.
