XOOT KA ANA LUXURY, VILLA OASIS

The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and we especially loved the private patio overlooking the lagoon. It was a relaxing and memorable experience.

The hot water for the jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay. The staff responded promptly when I reported it, although it wasn't fully resolved. The only other challenge was access to drinking water. Since this is a remote property, it's worth bringing enough bottled water with you, as there isn't drinking water available outside of restaurant hours.

Habitación muy comoda, tranquilidad, el servicio y la atención de todo el personal excelente, el gerente Joel de lujo siempre atento, las instalaciones muy bien, es un paraiso su ubicación, Regresariamos lo antes posible sin ninguna duda. Superaron nuestras expectativas.

Faltaban detalles, no habian toallas de mano en el baño, y eramos 3 y habian dejado solo 2 toallas.

Clean and spacious appartment. All the amenities, including a comfirtable bed, clean towels, working shower (with hot water), coffee maker, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Perfect stop for a long road trip. Owner very respectful (I'm a solo female traveller).

Very informal check-in (which is perhaps an advantage). Internet was a bit unstable, despite a strong wifi signal. No possibility for breakfast at time of visit.

El camino demasiado rústico e irregular . Necesitas camioneta y De día para llegar. Pero vale la pena ya estando ahí. Se te olvida ese detalle . Mil veces recomendado 🙏. Ojo en recepción hace falta que tenga la persona los datos de las reservaciones completos. No tenia nuestra reserva.

Chambre confortable avec terrasse et baignoire dessus, mais le tout reste basic pour le prix d’une nuit

La route pour arriver n’est pas du tout pratique et le petit déjeuner est simple, juste simple.
