Xoot ka ana means piece of heaven. That brings it to the point! It is a paradise. The staff is very kind, the room service (Francesca) is just lovely and the whole area is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful lagoon. Our best stay during our whole Mexico-trip!

At the beginning, there was no fridge in the room,but they immediately brought one when we asked for one.

"Choose if you like to be alone and in peace with direct access to the lagoon."

Excellent location over the lagune, good restaurant and chef.

The road to get to the hotel is very bumpy and long, cleanliness can be improved. Lack of staff.

"Great escape"

Good location, far from the touristic area. You can chill and relax without the noise of the city. Staff were kind and always available. Food is good.

Contact the property to let them help you with the private road to the hotel because the one marked on maps is dangerous, steep and rocky hehe as it’s in the middle of the jungle.

"Exceptional"

Amazing location and staff was great from the time we arrived till the moment we left. Very quiet location on the lagoon makes it great for swimming or kayaking. The food is good and rooms comfortable and clean.

Hot water for showers was a little tricky. Overall great place.
