Mirella Apt, 2Min Train Station

Appartamento spazioso a due passi dalla stazione di Mestre, in una tranquilla via reaidenziale con un poato auto riservato e gratuito, cosa che abbiamo trovato davvero molto comoda.

La comunicazione con l'host non è stata efficiente dato che ho dovuto sollecitare per ricevere il codice del self check-in. Inoltre nell'appartamento ci sono alcuni dettagli da sistemare (finestra senza maniglia, lavabo e bidet senza tappo dai quali esce cattivo odore).

The only plus was the close proximity to the train station to get into venice without using a car.

No elevator, unit on 3rd floor so all luggage had to be hauled up stair flights. Advice prior would have been appreciated prior to booking. On arrival at agreed check in time, cleaner still on site. Had to wait. Towels and sheets were still hanging on clothes line after being washed, would have thought fresh sets provided ready to go. As these were still damp we put them in the dryer only to find this does not work! So had to wait for towels to dry before use. Previous reviews have made comments about dryer not working. Cooking utensils covered in oil and crockery grimy so all needed cleaning before use. Oven does not work, only the gas hob. Balcony door does not close and kept blowing open during first night due to storm. Had to hold door closed with a chair. This also previously reported in recent reviews. DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP DUE TO A CONSTANT BUZZING NOISE WHICH OCCURS ABOUT EVERY MINUTE. IS ABOVE DOORWAYS INTO BOTH BEDROOMS. THIS ALSO HAS BEEN REPORTED PREVIOUSLY BY OTHER GUESTS AS WELL AS US. NO REPLY BY OWNER. I emailed them about the buzzing noise and still have had no reply. Read the reviews before committing to this accommodation. We have travelled many parts of the world and made many bookings via this format, unfortunately this apartment is in need of some TLC and repairs to raise its standard.

La zona no estaba mal, próxima a la estación de tren.

Que dejaron la basura de los clientes anteriores en el apartamento, mal olor y suciedad. Avise para que la retirarán, pero no acudió nadie.

Het appartement voldoet voor een kort verblijf voor een bezoek aan Venetië. Opstaphalte voor bus naar Venetië op 150 meter van het appartement! Restaurants en supermarkten ook ruim voldoende op korte afstand aanwezig. Een van de 2-persoonsbedden kan worden gesplitst in 2 gelijke bedden. Alleen was het wel even creatief zijn met het beddengoed om beide bedden te kunnen beslapen.

De Airco is op een nogal typische plek opgehangen waardoor het effect van de airco tegenvalt. Helaas geeft de airco elke minuut een terugkerend storend geluid. Deze heeft wat onderhoud nodig lijkt het. Er is veel kastruimte op de slaapkamers, maar het aantal bruikbare planken is beperkt door de enorme hoogte van de kast waardoor veel planken en kapstokstangen buiten het bereik ligt van mensen onder de 1,80m
