Le manque d’équipement de la cuisine au regard du prix : 1 seul torchon, pas de manique, pas de petit couteau de cuisine..; pas de savon pour les mains en bas ni dans la salle de bain…. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à l’étage et une odeur désagréable de moquette…

AUProperty was spotlessly clean beds we’re comfortable and everything was exactly as described. Location was great for train station as we arrived with luggage it was easy to get too. Short walk into city centre. Host communication was excellent.

The house had a very steep staircase and timed heating, so that was not good for my elderly mother, who finds stairs hard and needs to keep warm. Unfortunately, while we were there, a mouse ran from under the radiator to behind the fridge. The agent responded back immediately and said it had never happened before and has offered some compensation but my mother was not impressed and said this property offers fair value for the money, so I'm duly reporting her feedback.

GBThe house was very cosy, very clean, very comfy beds and the location was ideal, 5 minute walk from the station and the city centre so we could walk everywhere. Hosts were very welcoming and very easy to contact and communicate with. I would highly recommend this property and thank you for our stay.
