USLocation is so central to downtown Oxford and everywhere is easily walkable. Neighborhood is quiet and beds are very comfy.
There was an issue with an ant infestation on the lower level. When we arrived it was a huge problem, so I reached out to the managers and they came the next day and placed some kind of powder insect treatment on the spaces where the ants were the worst (by the back door, at the foot of the stairs). While it took care of those ants, there were still ants in the kitchen and around.

Although a lovely house, the owners could go a little further in the finishing touches. Specifically - an adequate supply of loo paper (we had to buy our own), adequate toiletries (enough for 1 rather than 4 provided) and a small breakfast starter kit of bread, milk etc, which is provided in most higher end house bookings, would go a long way to making the price more palatable
