Good location

We had to pay extra to check in at what I consider a reasonable time otherwise check-in was at 1600 on day of arrival which is ridiculous. Not sure what was cleaned for the extra £30. The side panel coming away from bath and there were hairs on toilet seat on arrival. Was nice to have the ability to do some washing but the machine is extremely loud on spinning. There were no instructions for recycling, rubbish etc. There were no cleaning products other than washing up liquid so we were unable to clean the bin.

The layout of the house was lovely, modern, clean comfy! Slept like a baby! Area quiet and so peaceful was a lovely break.

The back garden had a hole under the hedge and the dog kept going into next doors garden which resulted in them knocking every few hours to pick dog poo up off the dogs.

Location was great for what we were in Shields for. The front room looked nice.

It was DIRTY. Knacked old mattresses, grim bedding, dirty crockery, dirty bathroom, stinky bedheads, broken chests of drawers, stained towels. Really felt like an uncared for property and somebody having a laugh. Like student digs. We paid for two nights and left after one. The owner really didn't entertain a refund....no answer when I rang before leaving to try and share our concerns. Just don't stay here!

It was modern and it was in a good location for what we needed. Parking was easy

It was a bit tired, the carpets were up at the ends, the bath panel had come away a bit. The property was clean but there was quite a bit of visible dirt under the washer (which is not a huge deal as difficult to get to). All the bedroom furniture was broken, the wardrobe and two sets of drawers so we struggled to keep stuff anywhere. There are no hooks anywhere to hang up coats etc.

Needs a better three piece was very uncomfortable

Good location and plenty of hot water and clean towels.

Arrived to have to get keys out by phone torch light.Property was extremely cold with no indication to how to put heat on. Appeared clean but really wasn’t cobwebs and dusty the lounge floors in need of a good clean. My son’s bedding was also stained. 1 bed out of the 3 was comfy. Downstairs was hard to heat for my son sleeping as curtains were fitted in front of radiator and unable to tuck behind properly .TV was hard to work out without guidance.The garden wasn’t secure which I did ask about and full of cigarette ends not good for my dog. Like I said Passable good job it was discounted. Sadly won’t be staying again.
