Very good in all aspects, location, facilities, cleanliness, just what we were looking for our family break, we will definitely book here again!

Superb contact with owner prior and after stay. The location was great, 5 minutes from the coast which the dog loved! Easy access to the property via keycode box which was very useful as we did not arrive until late. Downstairs was much roomier than we anticipated and we "ate in" because the dining area was so nice. Excellent cooking facilities. Lovely large patio doors onto the small garden area. A very quiet residential area, much quieter than we expected. Upstairs was more compact but certainly suitable for what we needed. The bedrooms were simply furnished to a high standard and the beds were very comfortable.

No pizza tray in the kitchen!! Everything else was perfect.

Good location & amenities. Off road parking was good as clearly needed in the area. Easy self-entry check in and quick communication from property when needed.

The house needs some maintenance work, especially the garden & driveway entrance due to overgrown plants. Some loose floorboards & the plug on the bath/shower needs attention to improve drainage. The mattresses were ok but clearly past there best.

Location was good, bus stop a couple of minutes away, so we didn’t need to use the car, pub that did good food and allowed dogs in about a 10 minute walk the accommodation was roomy, clean and tidy.

Garden could do with a bit off sorting out , bit over grown at the back, a little table and chairs in the back garden would be a nice place to sit when the weather is nice.

The place is very clean lovely fresh towels and bedding Nicely decorated.

There wasn’t any hooks to put coats or dressing gowns anyway the bed dipped a little in the middle. There was a hole in the fence of the garden which our dog found and kept getting out. The shower hand kept falling off just needs a screw driver to fix it.

Spacious, clean apartment with 2x good sized bedrooms.

House it self was really nice and excellent location for us as not far from my sons

There garden needs some attention lots of cigarette ends in garden. Could only get netflix on tv could not get any freeview channels at all. And a bit more attention on cleaning as window sills and skirting boards really dusty
