Shades of Lake - Blue Apartment

Loved our stay here! The property was very spacious, clean and great location in the heart of Como. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and having a washing machine. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location on the second floor behind a gorgeous wooden door leading to an internal courtyard in the centre of Como Close to a gluten free gelato shop and carrefour supermarket. And short waking distance to the lake for the ferry. Great apartment with 2 balconies looking into courtyard and the rooftops of Como. Great kitchen , bathroom and comfortable bed. Can not recommend highly enough. The whole experience from arriving where we were meet out the front , communication via WhatsApp and great tips and information sent in a timely manner on tours and restaurants was outstanding customer service . Fabulous restaurants on every corner in the whole area .

Only issue was no toaster and lack of cuttings knives . So essentially it was perfect .

Amazing appartment for short and long stays ! Central location close to restaurants, shops and 5min walk from the lake. Very clean, modern appliances and decoration, good storage space. Bathroom is clean, modern and amazing. Bed is confortable. Windows look over a courtyard so very calm all day and secure building. The host is very nice and friendly and left us some drinks and snacks as a welcome. I would go back definetely

Location is great. Clean rooms. Opening juliette style balcony windows good. Good shower. Response from host was great.

Description of 2 bedrooms slightly misleading as sofa bed is in living room but still ok. My daughters found the sofa bed uncomfortable - would say not suitable for adults. Air con helped but could do with a recharge/service as not powerful enough. No oven or microwave. Hob only.

great location and very spacious. clean and nicely styled, kitchen well stocked. the person who greeted us (Giacomo?) was lovely and seemed genuinely happy to assist with any queries. there were a couple of maps/brochures in the apartment as well which is always handy.

there is no lift (although note this is not uncommon in Italy), the air-con is decent but could use an upgrade/second unit in bedroom, and wifi was a bit patchy.

A little tight for 4 people but no big problems
