Location was convenient for the slopes, especially returning in the afternoon

But the Hammam was broken and closed throughout our stay.

Always a great stay . It's our 3rd time

Would like the pillows to be more comfortable ☺️ The change in the Navette service didn't work well for us.

Well-equipped apartment with comfortable rooms (although rather firm mattresses). A 200 m uphill walk to the ski slop access. Option to have patisseries/bread delivered in the morning. Decent swimming pool and sauna. Well-designed ski-room with private locker.

Would have liked saucepan lids. The access was a problem, as we arrived out of normal hours, and had not received a key, but on of the staff that we chanced upon was very helpful and sorted ity out.

1toilet paper for 6person, 1 trash bag for 1week for 6pwrsons but expected from us to take garbage out or pay 20eur penalty, at the end of our stay we had to take the bed sheets from bed or 80euro penalty, wi-fi not working, water from pool was cold....

Represents good value compared to other station accommodation. It is a 8 minute up hill walk to a place where you can put on your skis and get to the main lift. Its a good warm up! There used to be a shuttle bus but this has been discontinued (something to consider if you have young children).

Steam room was out of order and the pool and sauna were very busy. It may be better to allocate child friendly times and times where adults only have access. Apartments lack any warmth (softer lighting would help). We reported a broken kitchen light on arrival but it was not repaired. Car parking charge feels excessive and there is limited parking in the resort (about 10 outside places 40m away but all being used) as is the additional charge for pets.

Location was great , we want to come back new year 2025

Resort was expensive

Lots of space, a good location.

WiFi was poor.
