After ski places are limited

Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds.

Didn't like that parking was extra charge and that toilet paper was our responsibility to buy.

The pool and spa are excellent. The standard of apartments is good, with the caveat that like any ski accommodation they are compact.

The reception area is only open for certain hours and closed completely on Wednesdays. This would be fine but the closed area also encompasses the communal areas, bar etc - meaning you cannot use these facilities a huge proportion of the time! The space in the apartments is not used very well, eg a spacious hallway but tiny bedroom, or a large bedroom half of which is below head height even for children . We had a bathroom with water leaking through the ceiling, they provided an alternative apartment but we were left to "move house" on our own with no help and we're expected to clear out the old apartment as well! Not sure we ever had a proper apology for the disruption to our week. The replacement apartment was bigger which helped but we'd have preferred the smaller apartment and no interruption to our precious week skiing. There didn't appear to be an option to pre-book parking and once we arrived the car park was fully booked so we had to park away from the building. Be aware and pre-book a space if required!

Facilities needed maintenance, broken shower doors, curtains didn’t work, exhaust fans in toilets weren’t working

Nice location!! Nice staff!! We had a spacious appartement with kitchen and balcony.

The Wifi was not great, but you are high up in the mountains so it was expected. The kitchen equipment was not user friendly but after some time we figured out how it all worked. A few new frying pans would be nice.

Self catering, was very slightly off the Beaton track but no more than 5 minute walk from the action

The pool was unusably cold
