Noise from upstairs every day and night. The dishwasher was full of food encrusted dishes when we arrived. There was food residue in pans in the cupboard. We found clumps of hair in the tub and loose hair in the bedroom. The unit is extremely warm, uncomfortably so. They only have one parking space which we didn’t find out was unavailable until we go it here. We requested money back (a discount) and heard nothing back. We were locked out at one point, their app wasn’t working. We had groceries with us. After half an hour the door was opened remotely. They kept telling us we could get a key at the office from a lockbox. This happened late at night. I told them to deliver the key the next day, which they did. They have a local office, whose people freaked out when we went in to report problems. Evidently they don’t receive visitors. The person I dealt with in the evening was from a customer service site. Evidently the two staffs don’t communicate very well. We still want a partial refund for the inconvenience!

Poor quality bed and bedding , no full length mirror, broken chair and wardrobe , difficult to speak to anyone at 2nd homes .

USAUThe apartment was in a really great location and was very clean. It was well appointed.
We had some problems with our apartment and they were not easy to have resolved. We did not have working WiFi or a working sauna as booked. There was also some minor damage to the fittings. Communication with the owner was difficult as they never answered their phone number and only replied by email sometime later.
GBApartment quite nice but plenty of maintenance required where things were broken or not quite right. All small fixes but covered up instead of repaired properly. Sauna was nice though
Access was a nightmare. Code access provided does not work. A key was provided after hours of waiting for a response to messages (was in a key box with the wrong code given). All frustrating enough in itself but travelling with a baby made this delay at his bed time very stressful
