Completely different from the pictures - the owner messaged us abuse over WhatsApp when we questioned that he put us in the wrong room and claimed he upgraded us for free and it was an absolute shitter of a room

When I’ve arrived to my booked apartment at 3:30 am after long trip (the only things which I want - shower and bed) - there are no keys inside the mailbox. I tried to call to customer support of this apartment, but all attempts were unsuccessful. I stayed during 3 hours and then found that inside my booked apartment there was a light and air-conditioning worked - as a result other person was there. Yes, we have the same info from hosts about keys etc. such awful experience with this providers
