The room was far from clean: the floor was sticky, the bed was uncomfortable, and the washroom smelled so bad that I feel vomited. Additionally, the instructions for accessing the room were unclear. When we opened the mailbox, we only found a key, and now I’m being asked to pay an additional RM 80. The cleaning staff also asked us why we hadn't been informed of this earlier. It feels like a scam

I landed at 5am and asked for an early check in but the staff took a really long time getting back to me. I was told yes eventually but still couldn’t check in until 3pm. It also states that it is close to the airport but it isn’t it’s about 20 minutes in a taxi. The wifi provided didn’t work until I contacted them to let them know. The tv didn’t work also.
