"Very quiet and peaceful."

Very specious and quiet.

I didn’t have towels but luckily I came with my own towels. The sign at the gate, it’s too small and it was hard for me to get to the place, and when I finally get to the gate,there was no intercom at the gate. It was very peaceful ♥️♥️♥️

"Our stay was refreshing, that get away was what we needed"

Breakfast wasn't served, location was easy to be found as we used Google map to get to the venue.

As you shower water was splitting in the whole bathroom.

we would like to acknowledge that the guesthouse itself is a beautiful and comfortable space.

Firstly, upon arrival, my girlfriend was left waiting outside the gate for approximately 30 minutes before being allowed entry. When she was finally let in, she was accused of lying about the time she had spent outside, which was both unprofessional and upsetting. Secondly, we found the communication from your team to be very poor. There was no visible reception or administrative office to approach when we encountered issues, leaving us uncertain about where to seek assistance. Thirdly, there were no clear instructions provided on how to operate the geyser for hot water. The switchboard setup was unfamiliar, which caused unnecessary confusion. Additionally, it took several hours to obtain the Wi-Fi password, even after requesting it multiple times. While the Wi-Fi connection was eventually provided, the delay was quite frustrating. Lastly, there were no clear instructions on the check-out process, specifically regarding where to leave the key. We spent around 20 minutes trying to figure it out before resorting to calling for assistance. Despite these challenges, we would like to acknowledge that the guesthouse itself is a beautiful and comfortable space. Our intention in sharing this feedback is to help you improve the service standards and guest experience going forward.
