No 2 on Cladon Jadde Apartments

This property should not be allowed on booking.com. Terrible location situated on a half finished small holding. Very messy and disorganized. Rubbel and litter all over the place. The room service people stole all our food while we were out. About R700 worth of groceries that we had put in the kitchen. Everything gone. We didn't even end up staying here. We called a well known hotel in Sandton and drove all the way through at midnight to avoid being at this accommodation any further.

No breakfast was given, although breakfast was mentioned

The water in the shower was cold

The location to our destination was good

I booked no 2, and I was given number 1, and we didn’t have enough have pots, and tea spoons. Please fumigated the spaces cause we had guess that we didn’t like.

It's peaceful and far from all the noise

Close to shops. Out of the city for a short break.

Everything was good I can't complain

The apartment is spacious

They had just painted the room and put me in the same day. I couldn’t breathe the whole night and when I told the host, she just said “cancel”. I was supposed to get breakfast, when I asked abt it she told me that I can cancel if I’m not happy to not get it. Everything tht u raise with the host, she jst tells u to cancel. Their electricity kept tripping and their water was cold. They only showed me on my last day wer to switch on the gyser

The privacy and the fact that we had the place to ourselves. Felt like home away from home. Host was good at communicating.

That the shower doesn't have doors, water spilled on the bathroom floors. Appliances and utensils (cups) need to be upgraded . The dogs although friendly made us uncomfortable at times. The was a bit of a power situation, electricity kept going off & interrupting the internet.

The welcoming friendly greetings and willingness to ensure we were comfortable.

It was all good for us.
