El Balcón de la Bodega - Luxurious apartment in Jerez with gym

El apartamento estaba súper limpio, moderno como en las fotos. El anfitrión súper amable y muy buena comunicación . Pudimos aparcar en la calle sin problemas.

Fantastic apartment. Stayed in 3 others on this trip and this was definitely the best. Very large, light, with good sized private balcony. Host is extremely accommodating with excellent communication. On street parking for free nearby was a bonus and you can drive to a number if beaches with 20 minutes

Only downsides are the 56 (approximately) steps up to the apartment and it is possibly a little far from the city centre, although very near the cathedral and sherry warehouses

Nos encantó todo, el piso estaba impecable, limpísimo y perfectamente decorado; es muy acogedor y grande; con una localización estupenda y todas las facilidades, más allá de lo esperado; y muy atento y agradable el dueño que nos ayudó y dio algunos consejos e instrucciones. Sin duda súper recomendable!!

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Host always answered promptly if needed and gave useful advice.

Beautifully decorated apartment with all the conveniences..washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron etc. Air Con in living room and front bedroom which was great due to v. Warm weather. Very convenient to town of Jerez and all the sights and plazas. 5/10 mins walk. Some bodegas close by and about 25 min walk to Real horse academy or take a taxi. €5. There was free parking on the street outside but might be difficult to get some days. The adjoining street also has free parking. Our host kept in touch at all times to ensure everything was ok.

It's on the third floor..no lift. We knew this but found it challenging after a days walking...57 steps ! It would make you fit !

La falta de ascensor ( aunque lo sabíamos). Faltan utensilios como vasos, tazas. No había estropajo. El baño con algo de moho. La falta de vistas ( aunque lo sabíamos)

Heel Mooi ingericht, ruim, goede bedden! En hele responsieve host. Dat was erg fijn. Inchecken heel fijn en makkelijk.

Er was veel geluid van de straat in de ochtend. Het zou nog idealer zijn als het 2 persoonsbed in de slaapkamer aan de achterzijde stond. Maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. En nu ben ik gewoon in een eenpersoons bed aan de achterzijde gaan liggen en was het probleem ook opgelost ❤️

It was quirky, really tastefully designed inside and the kitchen space was so lovely and bright . Just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the lovely streets of old Jerez. Antonio was a super helpful and welcoming host too!
