The view was brilliant. Some of the kitchen equipment was plentiful, but not the crockery.

There wasn’t enough crockery, only 3 cups which meant we couldn’t make full use of the dishwasher as we had to wash items by hand to use them again, we also thought there should have been just a small supply of dishwasher tablets to tide us over until we could go to buy some, but being in a remote area that wasn’t easy, so no point in having a dishwasher. I also like to read before going to sleep, but even with the overhead light & the bedside lamp both on, the light wasn’t enough to read by, I have no problem with my eyesight!

"A gem with easy access to the Hay Festival"

Stunning location with beautiful views. Very conveniently located for the Hay Literary Festival. Clean, comfortable and quiet, and has pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen. Very smooth getting into the property. We would definitely book this place again!

Amazing views and lovely hosts.

En-suite shower didn’t work and the other one wasn’t powerful at all. Also, the owners drive runs immediately in front of the terrace which I wasn’t expecting at all, I thought it was going to be private/secluded - whilst their cars only went past a couple of times, you just never knew if/when they would go past. Pointing it out here in case it matters to some.

So clean owners are lovely Veiw is amazing so peaceful Kitchen has everything you need Beds are comfortable showers work amazing
