The attitude of the staff texting me back, when I pointed out that we had paid and had nowhere to stay was appalling and extremely unhelpful Shocking Experience Q

It was advertised with Booking.com that it had free parking. There was no parking on arrival. The key fob did not work and not one member of staff come out to help solve the problem.

Four guests but only 3 towels and 2 coat hangers. Also an iron but no ironing board. Minor but nonetheless important detail.
