No me gustó el trato al llegar (mi habitación no estaba lista), luego me reubicaron en una habitación en mitad del camino a la vista de todo el mundo y sin baño propio

We have such a beautiful time here up in Bukit Lawang in The Jungle Guide. The nature is fantastic like everything you want to see is here.. the people here are so welcoming, open and kind, and ready to help you in every way they can! Like their slogan “ everything is possible in the Jungle… really people? The Jungle Guide is something you really dont wanne miss of you go out for vacation on Sumatra The Jungle tour is amazing! The Guides Antionio and Risky know so much about the jungle, like every plant and of course every animal. They speak really good english up here. And again everything is possible in de jungle. You are completely takin care of, as they’re so helpful. Lotte love for these Guys ❤️🙏🏼 thanks for giving us such a Nice time Elles & Jeroen

New, cozy, authentic accommodation in Bukit Lawang. Cheap! Delicious food at the bar! Amazing staff! Wawan is such a great guy! I’d be happy to come back in the future!

Les cabanes sont superbes, propres et la vue sur la jungle est magnifique. Les sanitaires sont bien entretenus. Le lieu en général est très beau. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

Het restaurant heeft lekker eten en aardig personeel.

Wij hadden deze accommodatie geboekt de nacht voor onze jungle tour. Toen wij aankwamen lag er een boekje in de kamer waarin stond dat er elke zaterdag van 10 p.m.-2:30 a.m. een feest met live muziek is tegenover de lodge. Het was vreselijk. Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we niet geboekt. De muziek stond echt keihard en ging tot na 03:00 a.m. door. Het is gewoon niet mogelijk om daar doorheen te slapen. We begonnen hierdoor erg moe aan de tocht. Een personeelslid zei hierover dat het niet de schuld was van de lodge en dat we dit hadden kunnen weten omdat dit in het boekje staat dat op de kamer ligt (?). We zouden na de tocht nog een nachtje in de lodge verblijven maar hebben een ander hotel geboekt (ook vanwege de grote kieren in de hut waardoor alle insecten binnen kunnen komen en vanwege de koude douche).

Tout est super, le lieu, le personnel, l’ambiance. Rien à dire.

Le service de laundry est un peu cher mais rapide. Les draps et taies d’oreiller sentaient un peu l’humidité.
