Spacious 3 Bed House in Bristol

The bedding on top floor bedding was ripped and the gardens were overgrown

Attracted by previous reviews and score of 8.4. Location and modern looking.

The central heating did not work. Despite following owners instructions and me having a good working knowledge of central heating systems still did not work. We were forced to wear extra clothing during the evening as temperature fell. Dirty bed linen on one of the beds with no replacement available (even though advertised being available) and previous occupiers rubbish left in bedside cabinet: cigarettes, chocolate wrappers etc. Couldn’t use bed and so occupants had to share among remaining bedrooms (Not Cozy). Plates and cups left in kitchen cupboard still wet and had to be washed and dried again. The oven had clearly not been cleaned for sometime as when it was turned on the ground floor quickly filled with smoke and all external doors and windows had to be opened. Food had to be takeaways rather than home cooked. The shower temperature regulator to main bathroom could not be adjusted and emitted very very hot water and so shower could not be used. Fortunately another was available. The back garden was very unkempt including discarded cigarette butts and litter from previous occupiers. I contacted the owner by phone on contact number provided and was told someone would attend within 10 minutes. No one did and all attempts to contact owner afterwards were met with no response. Even now a week later attempts to speak to owner are unanswered. Very poor.

Nice spacious house, well fitted out. Bedrooms were comfortable. Good location for wheret we wanted to visit. Nice touches like the table being set out.

Didn't manage to get the internet to work for the first 2 days as we were provided with the wrong password. Some lampshades would add a more finished feel to the house.

Great location, nicely decorated and laid out property. Plentry of space and all amenities you might need.

Couple of the fixtures and fittings were not very well maintained, door wouldnt close due to swelling, sofa leg not actually attached to the sofa.

Pleasant decor, good room size, loo on every floor, peaceful location, bit of outdoor space. So glad there was an ironing board as we were going to a wedding.

could only find 2 teaspoons, no egg cups, no chopping board. Nothing to sit on outside two of our number found the mattress too soft. They're used to a memory foam mattress No full length mirror downstairs.

We stayed here while mum was in Southmead hospital and the location could not have been better for us. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have been better.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. There were also a good range of buses just 5 minutes from the house.
