We like the location.

The lights in the living area are not working and the warm water was set too high. We called the owner she responded and said she would send a handyman to sort it out. However, until the last day of our stay, the handyman didn't show up. Overall we managed to to put our (own) lights and we figured out how to adjust the hot water upstairs but it took days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the property.
