The host, Thomas, was very helpful and kind, as were the staff members in the building. Great location for those looking to explore Mactan on their own. Room fits guests comfortably.

There were a ton of cockroaches, of varying sizes, in our room. I killed over 15 each day. There were also cockroaches throughout the halls, stairs, and elevators.
