View, apartment had everything we needed.

Spacious rooms, very clean, well equipped and great views. Thomas was a great host and available whenever required. They offer some great trip options and the one we did was amazing. So well organised and a great day.

We're very happy that we found this place 101% Very Clean & complete with anything you need in a home. Mr. Thomas is an amazing guy! Very helpful and has help us in many things specially with our day tour trip. I definitely recommend and we will defo be back!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at La Mirada at the beginning and end of our one month trip through the Philippines. Thomas was a very gracious host, answered all our questions and was very accommodating with all our requests. The apartments are spacious, very clean and have all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was amazing and we had a great view of the sunrise every morning. The beds are also very comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. The swimming pool is very large and the water comfortable. The gym also has all the weights and machines for a good workout and is air conditioned. There is also a free moped provided for guests in order to go shopping with, or you can use Grab (like Uber) for transportation. We highly recommend La Mirada deluxe suites and will stay here again when in Cebu. Thank you Thomas for all your hospitality and help. See you next time.

I can't think of anything that could have made our experience at La Mirada deluxe suites any better. Everything was terrific.

The host was very helpful & communicative, he went out of his way to help us when we arrived early, leaving poolside towels out for us & allowing us to get into the apartment early. The apartment is very well equipped, clean & comfortable with great views over the ocean. It was perfectly comfortable for 3 people for a couple of nights. Lots of nice touches such as a big water dispenser, tea & coffee, comfy pillows.

The area wasn’t for us - we like to walk & try different cafes & restaurants. Here, you are in a secure compound of private residences & hotels, the beaches are private and hotels charge a lot to use their facilities. You need to get a grab cab to everything. We tried to walk to Newtown but it wasn’t a nice experience (no pavements, lots of traffic). The pool itself is nice - but the area around the pool could have been cleaner (toilets/litter).
