Everything the flats location, the private parking and the immaculate interior The owner was excellent with their post booking communication, What can I say the flat was utterly outstanding every attention to detail had been covered, I've stayed in many places around the world but this place for a break is definitely up there with the very best, On arrival the owner had left a welcome pack, with everything you needed to save shopping on the first day, There was a manual containing loads of information about the local area, and also how to control all of the tech in the house like the automatic lights and heating, really nice touch, The kitchen was superb everything that you possibly need for your stay, The living room was very bright airy and immaculate, comfy couch lovely fire, nice ambient lighting and a good size smart TV Both bedrooms were again immaculate, we only used the main room and honestly it had the most comfortable bed, Again smart tech in the room, Bathroom was really good with a powerful shower, this too was immaculate. The exterior had a private parking place with a set of lockable gates there was an outside seating area and a separate ground floor entry point, it all seemed very safe and secure. The owners of this flat have exceeded my expectations with the breathing attention to detail, I would not hesitate to recommend this flat for your break in Llandudno truly outstanding !!! One other thing the owners have a craft shop in Llandudno and it's well worth a visit my wife loved it, We've booked again for later in the year and can't wait to return

Everything! One of the best places we have stayed. Clean, cosy, super comfy beds and every detail has been thought through so well. Great location too in a quiet side street but close to all amenities. Highly recommend!

We loved absolutely everything about the apartment! It was in a wonderful location, about 5 - 8 minutes gentle walk from the sea front, the Pier and Llandudno's large array of shops, restaurants and cafes and very close to the Great Orme tram. David was a wonderful host and kept us informed about anything we needed to know. He made checking in a very smooth and easy procedure. The apartment itself was gorgeous!!! We had seen the lovely photos, but even they hadn't done it justice. We had our own door off the main entrance hall, followed by a set of stairs and then another sturdy door letting us into the apartment, we had keys for both so it was very secure. The apartment itself has been beautifully and lovingly redesigned, it is large and spacious with top class fittings and materials. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! We had everything that we could possibly need and plenty more. We went at the start of December and the Christmas tree, decorations and fire made it so festive and cosy! We had our own parking space too, which is like gold dust in Llandudno. And, as everything was so close, we didn't need to use our car at all once we'd arrived.

The appartment was superbly presented and idealy suited for all the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. The pier and promenade are a short stroll and the private parking is a bonus. The fire and the Christmas decorations made the lounge very cosy.

This seems a bit petty, but the toilet brush could do with replacing, maybe one with a lid.

The place is like new and finished to a very high standard indeed. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great location with parking - all in all it is superb - highly recommended.

The standard of the apartment was superb. The finishings of doors, floors, walls, carpet and flooings. Beds and overall furniture wardrobes ect places to put coats all done in a highly professional standard. Very thoroughly done. An extremely high technology throughout apartment as well which made the apartment very high standard.

As a family of four I felt the corner unit in lounge was smaller in real life than I expected. Another comfortable chair would have helped. Also I expected a much larger fridge freezer as standard. The fridge with the box freezer compartment was too small in our opinion. It was a good modern fridge.
