GBEasy to access and wasn’t to expensive from Piccadilly Train Station, Lovely house!! Great sized bedrooms and everything was very neat and tidy, The cold water filled in the fridge was a great bonus!! 😊 The Tv was working, there was regular house utilities and utensils, Host was very generous and easy to communicate to👌🏼 Would recommend and WILL be booking again☺️

Not ready for us to check in until 5.30. Cleaner still ‘cleaning’ the property and he was very rude. Was dirty. Make up stains all over bedding. Not hoovered. No toilet roll. Dirty shaver in shower cubicle. Blinds don’t close properly giving no privacy.
GBLovely clean home, really appreciated the drinks left in the fridge. Very close and easy to get to the Co-op live arena
Beds were 2 single mattresses pushed together which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Blinds in bedroom could also do with updating/fixing as they don't quite close properly

GBLovely house very well located for shops and the metro link. Neat, clean and comfortable with modern facilities. The owner kept me up to date with the checking in process and was always available. Would stay again.
Everything was fine. Sadly due to a home emergency I couldn't stay the night as intended but nothing to do with the accomodation.
GBClean, comfortable, everything we needed was there and the host was very efficient and fast at responding to messages and phone calls. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbourhood. Perfectly located for Clayton Hall tram station to get to Coop Live Arena, Joie Stadium and Etihad Stadium as well as the City centre.
