IEGBThe home is well positioned for the Etihad Campus and a tram stop close by, so it is easy to get into Manchester city centre. Free parking was a bonus, it was easy to find. We only stayed 1 night, but if we needed accommodation in Manchester again we would definitely book. Communication was good, we had to move the date due to venue cancelling the show and it was done with ease.
There didn't seem to be any hot water, but as we only stayed 1 night it wasn't an issue for us, we notified the owners after departure so they could rectify it ready for the next guests.
GBClean and tidy. Had a problem with heating which was dealt with very quickly. Beds were clean and comfy.
No plates, cups or bowls in the cupboards so could not have a cup of tea and eating was difficult
