I stayed here for one night, but unfortunately I wouldn’t return. The security process felt unnecessarily complicated. Guests are required to generate a QR code for entry, and even simple arrangements—like being picked up by a friend—aren’t allowed. Visitors must wait outside, while only Grab drivers are permitted inside, which was quite inconvenient and frustrating. There is also a RM150 deposit required before check-in. The refund process was slow, which was disappointing. Based on my experience with similar stays in other cities, deposits are usually refunded promptly after check-out once proof (such as returning the key) is provided. The room itself was underwhelming. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, and there was visible dust on the cabinets, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Basic amenities like bottled drinking water were also not provided. Communication with the owner was not very pleasant as responses were minimal and at times felt like they didn’t want to answer. They did not seem particularly friendly which made the overall experience less pleasant.
