A good location to explore Belfast. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.

The stairwell into the property is in need of an update. We had problems with the link to pay the damage waiver deposit. The company did it manually in the end.

Not a lot

Issues with locks, no hot water, no heater, dirty floors. Raised with admin and it was deemed unreasonable by them. I think there was a vast difference in our interpretation of the meaning of the word luxury

Location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The building was noisy but it wouldn't put me off booking again. The apartment could do with a bit of a refurb, bedroom doors creeked but again this wouldn't put me off.

we were unpleasantly surprised by the 250-pound deposit and felt forced into the option to pay a 35-pound fee to avoid such deposit. It might be more common in the UK to do so but to wait 14 days for a deposit to be returned and no human contact at the property made me feel obliged to buy off the potential risk of being wrongfully accused of doing damage. The host was very correct and gave us an outstanding review and next time I will pay the deposit rather than the fee.

Good location , clean apartment

I expect price shown on Booking .com to be price I pay. I object to another cost of Damage deposit being loaded on top on Booking dot com prices. The information does not mention the non refundable smaller amount which only comes to light in notifications. I should have picked this up as non refundable but when travelling failed to see this. the short abrupt response when querying this cost left me thinking while unit is OK I would look at other options first.
