Property was in a little gated apartment block which made it feel safe. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well furnished, little touches like tea and coffee, dishwasher pods and washing up cloths go a long way to making a nice stay. It was clean and very much the same as the photos reflect. The online staff were extremely helpful and prompt in replying to questions and providing check in details. Bedding very clean, soft towels and there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Location off a side street, so fairly quiet location and ten minutes walk to city centre.

Only a minor issue, could do with some paint touch ups here and there. Looks a little tired in places because of it, and it takes away a little from the otherwise luxury expectation.

Very modern spotless apartment in a central location at a reasonable price.

A bright and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and the dining room and lounge room are large. There is a dedicated parking spot inside the security gated area. The apartment is on the top floor which means it is pretty quiet and there was no noise from the neighbours. The apartment is very close to the centre of town and an easy walk to the Botanic Gardens with plenty of restaurant options if you don’t fancy cooking.

The fully refundable deposit is not fully refundable. There is a fee for both of the two options offered. The lock on the apartment door was dodgy and the security gate was not always closed.

It was close enough to the city. The facilities were good.

The blind was broken in our bedroom and just leaning up against the wardrobe. There was a fan in the ceiling but didn’t work as there was no control for it. Under the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it up to use it. The doors to the balcony were not able to be opened so we couldn’t get any fresh air in that room and we couldn’t go out to the balcony. The view outside was overlooking a dumping ground. The floors in the entrance by each of the lifts was really dirty. As we traveled from abroad we asked about picking the keys up early and I was told it would cost £10 for each hour I was early. Definitely not good value.

The apartment is centrally located in Belfast. It is 10 mins walk from the City Hall. Tesco and several restaurants are nearby. It is well furnished, very clean, and has all the necessities we needed which made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Fantastic communication from hosts with easy to follow instructions. An easy 20-minute walk into the heart of Belfast, but plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs much closer as well.

Great location, easy to walk to main streets with restaurants on the way etc. Big apartment with all amenities. Very clean, confortable & enjoyable The parking space was a bonus & it felt safe & secure. Would stay here again if we returned to Belfast.

The communication felt like it was a chatbot. Whilst this didn't cause any issues, it felt impersonal. I personally would prefer the host themselves to write messages. Perhaps this is just my opinion & it wouldn't deter me from staying again or recommending to others.
