Easy to find Owner easy to be reached out, nice and friendly The room (but also the whole property) was very clean, spacious with air conditioning The pool is a major bonus And the breakfast … was … delicious

The accommodation was incredibly clean and well maintained. The pool was beautiful as were the gardens. Huge bedroom with comfy bed and lovely shower with toiletries. The breakfast was the most amazing spread with so much food and variety, we saved some for later. There is a communal kitchen where you can make drinks, get drinking water, heat up food etc again all kept spotlessly clean. The staff are absolutely wonderful Mr Sugath is a fabulous manager, he offers you any help that you need and is always around the building. He tried to help when our car did not arrive at 5.15am! There are a couple of other staff who are also hardworking and polite. The beach is about a 20 minute walk. I cannot recommend this property enough especially if you are at the end of your stay and need a couple of days rest.

Local , helpful and very friendly host - had an excellent time together. Villa was in excellent state and we felt like home :) very calm, not directly on the beach but around only 12 mins walking or 3 mins with tuktuk THANKS AGAIN Sugath :)

Very helpful staff and very clean

Bedroom on ground floor was not very private as blinds did not provide full coverage and had to keep closed while you are in the room which made it dark

This was definitely our favourite place to stay out of the seven places that we stayed at in Sri Lanka! Mr Sugath was an absolutely amazing host and couldn't do enough for his guests. He recommended several things and booked them for us, he also ensured we got to and from the activities with ease. Each evening Mr Sugath booked a restaurant for us at our request, and he took us and picked us up for a small charge. The breakfasts are huge, you definitely don't go hungry! We often saved any leftovers for lunch, and it was great to be able to try different Sri Lankan foods from the four breakfasts that we had. Eldezo Relax Paradise is very modern and exceptionally clean. We loved our room and the pool was also brilliant! The shared kitchen is really useful, very handy to be able to make a hot drink when you fancy it, and having a fridge as well was a bonus. Mr Sugath really went above and beyond when he brought out a birthday cake (to our surprise) on the morning of my partner's birthday. It was something that was briefly mentioned in conversation regarding our plans, and he took note and got a cake for the day. Thank you so much for your kindness Mr Sugath! You are an incredible host and you are exceptionally good at your job. We would recommend to anyone to stay here, a wonderful place!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Best breakfast in sri lanka! In fact I would say it was my favourite meal out of my whole 2 week trip! Staff so friendly and a perfect peaceful place with lovely pool

I couldn't speak high enough about this hotel. Everything was perfect. The property is new and super clean, comfy beds and very modern building. In addition to your room and balcony area, you will have entrance to a large and very well equipped kitchen, with large refrigerator and everything you need to feel like at home. If you are a family with multiple rooms, as we were, then the breakfast will also be served there. Talking about breakfast- the hotel manager arranged a very delicious breakfast each morning and there were always papaya, watermelon, but every morning we could taste some new fruit and some new local dish, so this was beyond any expectation that I could have. I have not seen such a breakfast anywhere before, and this was all prepared just for our group of 4 people! There are 6 rooms at the hotel, and it is situated a bit outside the center, but we actually walked there from the city center some evenings, and it was a 15-20 minutes walk, also to the beach area. It was absolutely quiet place, surrounded mostly by local homes, so in the morning time you wake up to birds song. Pool is super clean, and as we were staying on ground floor, it really felt as if we had a private pool most of the time. The hotel manager was always there to help us with any question, he was always ready to take us to restaurant, beach, shopping, ayurveda treatments etc with the tuktuk and all this for a very reasonable price, almost for free I would say. He arranged river safari for a very good price, and was willing to help us with any other question. We stayed at 8 different hotels during our stay in Sri Lanka, but this hotel is the best, and it is probably the best place that I have ever stayed at. Looking forward to come back there one day!

The cleanest stay in SL and definitely the best breakfast. I have never seen anything like that, they were filling up two tables for us, every morning there was something interesting. The staff is always cleaning, keeping the place immaculate. The pool is great, we had it for ourselves pretty much. It’s good to have a pool in SL, as the ocean can be a bit rough for swimming. What else, rooms are large and bright, don’t really need insect nets, I’ve not seen many mosquitos around in March, when we were there. The owner was nice, helped us with the payment, so big thank you!
