very very friendly and helpful staff , he kindly guided us that how we can get to airport (fastest and easiest and also cheep as well) , he himself took us to bus station . breakfast was perfect and delicious 👌🏻

Great new hotel. Amazing new clean room and the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka! Very nice pool

New construction, fully equipped with everything you need, the pool is perfect and Mr Sugath is the best ❤️ The beach is walking distance and if you need anything Mr Sugath can help or take to the small town very close to the hotel

"This is a new hotel and is a hidden gem close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The host manager is a delightful gentle"

The property was spotless with large airy bedrooms, beautiful bathroom and plenty of space and storage. The staff were so accommodating that nothing was too much trouble yet the service was never insincere or intrusive. Lovely private setting and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves.

The location is about 1 km from the beach but the host can offer transport at a very reasonable price. The house itself is new and by far the cleanest place we have stayed in Sri Lanka.
