Poli House Family Villa W/ Pool

Location near to the port but a fair distance to walk into town. There is a bus but they're not very frequent. We used taxis most of the time which usually cost 15 Euros each way. We did know the location when we booked. The pool area was lovely. I can also say that the information regarding directions and what was available in the area was first class. The bedding and towels were changed three times during our stay.

Mattress in 'Maria's room' needs replacing as there is a definite dip in the middle. The floorboards upstairs were very creaky and the door handles were very clunky. It didn't really bother us but if there was more than one couple staying this could be an issue.

Roomy and well organized. Bonus half bath downstairs, the sun porch, and a full size washer and dryer.

The dishwasher didn’t seem to operate properly.

The Villa is HUGE and very authentic, easily walkable to some very nice restaurants or a twenty minute stroll into Corfu town. We were met by the owner Leo who ran me to the mini market to get some supplies. A fantastic gesture and considering it was a national bank holiday I would never have found the market, let alone carried a dozen bottles of water and shopping back. The Villa was spotless, homely and very comfortable, with a large dining, living and kitchen, and even a large conservatory! The pool was kept spotless by Leo and is very private but still had the sun all day. We had an amazing week at this lovely Villa and can highly recommend it.

The property was well kept and the pool was great! The location was good and the host provided us with a great information pack upon arrival. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was exactly like in the pictures and even exceeded our expectations. The apartment is in a very convenient location both in terms of buses and close to the city and the port. The owners were really nice and always responded. I recommend the place!

Wonderfully charming family home, very clean, spacious & comfortable. Outdoor area & swimming pool were lovely. Neighbourhood was quite so excellent opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet. Leo was a fantastic host and met us on arrival to show us round the property and provide us with local information. He also did an amazing job of keeping the pool clean. Close enough to walk into Corfu Town (20 minutes) so easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided and bedding and towels were changed during our stay.

Airport is close by which is great for the transfer but means there is some occasional noise, this was infrequent so did not spoil the overall peace & quiet.
