Access to the lift is one way only (down). This is because a key is not provided. other residents can access it. This would have been easier with luggage and babies

Everything was great and the staff was very responsive. The location is perfect 2 min from the metro station. Everything was tidy and clean and you had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen

We had a problem with the smell in the toilet during the night. There was probably some problem with sewage and it was very unpleasant to use the toilet in the morning.
