Location.

1. Quest with finding keys and using them. The message says about box on the left but do not say which one of 3 and more. 2. Got to know about existence of elevator on the last day when got message about how to throw garbage. 3. You pay for apartments being cleaned but get used bottles under the bed, medicine package on the sink and cobweb on several places.

Location. Comfortable beds. Ease of access. very warm and cosy.

The windows made me nervous as we were on the third floor and they opened wide.

The location and size of the flat. It was clean and somehow not that noisy for a flat on a main road.

There was no stove , no baking dish , the kitchen is just under equiped which is enjoying for a flat at this price. More concerning there was no fire detector (I had to buy 2 at 6€ each to make the flat compliant to my expectation ,I will keep them in the car even if I find amazing renting a flat without this basic protection)

Great sized apartment and spaces. Great location since we had a rental car.

Parking was slightly confusing, but that is not the property's fault, that is my lack of understanding the Copenhagen website.

The apartment was super spacious and comfortable.

Some essential cooking tools for a long stay were missing, for example a frying pan.

Never got any confirmation about where the apartment is actually located or how we can get in. Tried calling multiple times, emailed and messaged via Booking but no answer at all. Had to book at a different hotel in the middle of the night and to this day I haven't heard back from this company despite all means of trying to contact.
