Das Appartement liegt zentral in La Spezia und ist trotzdem ruhig. Von hier aus lassen sich alle Ziele in der Stadt oder am Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichen. Weitere Ziele (Cinqueterre, Pisa, ...) sind gut mit Zug oder Bus erreichbar. Das Appartement bietet sehr viel Platz, eine große Küche mit Eßecke und ein großes Bad führen zu einer angenehmen Wohnatmosphäre. Der Kontakt mit der Verwslterin der Wohnung, Ilaria, war hervorragend. Zugang zur Wohnung sehr einfach und problemlos. Ilaria reagierte umgehend auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen und gab uns wunderbare Tipps, u.a. für eine einmalig schöne Wanderung in Cinqueterre, die sie uns sehr gut beschrieb.

Excellent location, very comfortable and great hosts! Ilaria and her daughter Emma left us breakfast for our kids and made sure our stay was enjoyable. They were very helpful and friendly. 10/10.

This is a fantastic place to stay in La Spezia. Right in the heart of the bustling Via del Prione area. It is only a few minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale Station which makes travelling around this beautiful region very easy and affordable. The appartment itself is extremely well appointed, having everything any guest would need. Located in a beautiful old building this 2 bed room apartment is very tastefully decorated. Every thing is very clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to make meals. The bedrooms are large with comfortable double beds. The apartment is warm and has air conditioning. The bathroom is large and modern. The host Illara is exceptional. Right from our arrival she was on hand to welcome us. She also left enough food for our breakfast next day along with fruit. Tea and coffee were provided. These nice touches were much appreciated by everyone. The host gave me great ideas on where to visit and where to eat. She made us aware of other great places to visit besides the villages of Cinque Terre. This is an amazing place to stay if visiting this part of Italy. Everything was exceptional and I would highly recommend staying here if in La Spezia

Posizione ottima a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione, comodissima per raggiungere le Cinque terre. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress!

Consiglierei l'ingresso direttamente al civico 117, anzichè al numero 14 (avendo doppia possibilità di ingresso), così da avere una maggiore comodità a scaricare i bagagli.
