I couldn't shower because of the moldy bathroom. Dirty shower, old bathtub, moldy curtain. That's the suite room. It's really the worst. Nasi Goreng is on the seafood menu, but I ate bread that they brought because they said it wasn't available.

The room was very large and comfortable, staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathtub was broken and would not fill, but I used a towel to temporarily fix the problem.

"Disappointing"

The first room I got , it didn’t the same as shown as in apps. Also I requested for the non-smoking room and I can smell the cigarette while I was sleeping. I did ask the staff to change the room but they changed mine 2 days later.

"Scam hotel, thieves but booking.com won’t remove them from the platform."

Nothing.

Everything. Scam hotel. Stole our money and laughed in our faces about it. They know exactly what they are doing and any Indonesian you see inside is all in on the scam. If booking.com continues to refuse to remove this property from the platform, then they will be considered as aiding and abating these thieves.
