Stylish lobby

Probably the worst hotel I've ever entered. Staff didn't take care of luggage or understood english. The first room we entered was so dirty, it even contained a cigarette bud in the bathroom. We complained and were brought to another room, but it was the same picture: Clearly no cleaning was done in the room, floor was dirty, we found stains and hair. Many other stains in the bathroom, also on various walls and on the bedsheets. In total we were brought to 4 rooms, all of them in the same descripted dirty state. After that we wanted to get a refund, but that wasn't possible. We didn't receive an apology either, nor the option that one of the rooms is getting cleaned. I am truly shocked what was going on in this hotel, also because of the other rather good reviews. We were happy when we left the hotel, even though we didn't get our money back.

The room was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom was clean, there was bathtub in the bathroom. Luckily, we have a nice view as well from our window. So, overall a good stay.

Overall, there was not really any issue.

Good location : near restaurant and shopping mall; Staffs were friendly; Our room was very comfort and clean, facilitated by bathtube with hot water; Breakfast was good but I hope it would be more various; I hope someday you can equip the hotel with swimming pool and sky lounge. Thankyou for your services.
