Location was good

First during check in, someone else is already check in the same room. Im was shock and getting irritated. Then they apologised and give me another room. The New room was superb smelly until im can breathe in that room and the toilet very dirty with urine smell. Request to bring air freshener. They bring very cheap air freshener to spray all over. WiFi not working past 3 days. Didn't inform anything earlier. The buffet breakfast was very bad I ever since. 9.30am. They said all item finish. Balance hv plain mee goreng only with egg. Coffee n tea. Didn't tell anything to us regarding before 10am. The mall doesn't open.so have to get in to the cafe by main outside entrance. Almost we find the restaurant nearly 20 minutes up and down. Really fed up. Not recommended at all.

Sangat sangat sangat kotor berbau busuk. Tandas terlalu kotor. Please maintain tempat.. tandas sangat busuk and kotor. Not advisable for people with small kids. Bedsheets not clean

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my booking at your hotel in Cameron Highlands. I had already made and confirmed the reservation, but at the last minute I was informed that there were no rooms available. This situation caused a lot of inconvenience as I had already planned my trip based on the confirmed booking

Staff receptionist baik , sangat membantu . Bilik luas dan dapat view cantik . Location pun okay , dekat dengan semua attraction

Sebelum ni banyak kali check in bilik okay , kalini dapat bilik yang kurang memuaskan . Ada anak lipas banyak , dan pintu sliding balcony tak boleh kunci . Breakfast pula , bermula pukul 8 am - 11 am . Tapi jam 8.40 makanan masih dimasak . Pilihan makanan pun tak banyak . Makanan cuma ada nasi goreng ( telur dan sayur ) , fries , sosej , wedges , roti gardenia topping sos mayonis , telur dadar . Minuman pula ada susu , air kosong , teh , kopi panas dan air ais

Management Very poor. There is cheat element in the management. 1. Komunikasi Berkaitan Harga Dengan Jelas Telah Dipersetujui Melalui Aplikasi WhatsApp Antara Saya Dan Pihak Pengurusan, Namun, akhirnya pihak pengurusan sebut 'Ada Salah Faham' sedangkan Tiada Usaha Untuk Beri Kefahaman Sebelum itu. 2. Bayaran pula telah dipersetujui Secara Cash, namun 2 hari sebelum 'check-in', pihak pengurusan minta bayaran secara atas talian Dan menyebut akan buat pembatalan jika gagal bayar secara atas talian sebelum jam 3 petang.
