The parking arrangement could be explained more clearly, as it follows the standard mall parking rates. There are additional charges if you exit and re-enter, so it would be helpful if this is informed upfront when stating that parking is provided. The room was generally okay, though there was a slight smell and no fan inside the bedroom , which made it a bit less comfortable. With some improvements in these areas, the overall experience could be much better.

The breakfast is included in the package. Nevertheless, you cant expect more. It just minimal effort and nothing fancy. Very simple. Its okay la. They provide a buffet breakfast like fried rice and sausages, Mee, bread and mushroom soup and coffee.

I cannot accept the cleanliness. The toilet was dirty. Seemingly they didnt clean it before our arrival. Besides, there is no toiletries as expected like a general stay such as towel and soap. Even worse, no bathroon mat. We need to request from the them to provide the towel. The toilet is quite smelly and have mold. The room smell musty and slighty unpleasent.

Nothing was given, example drinking water, tea bag or coffee bag. No towel, only shower gel given. Mall parking, abit expensive Overall I am not really enjoy the stay

Unfortunately, the overall condition did not meet expectations. The ceiling showed signs of mold, the toilet drainage was not functioning properly, and the glass door appeared damaged. The sofa condition was also not satisfactory, and the lighting was quite dim. During the night, I felt uncomfortable due to unusual disturbances, which affected my stay. Eventually, I had to leave around 11:30 PM and find another accommodation (Hotel Jasmine) for safety and comfort. Overall, the experience did not match the listing, and I hope improvements can be made.🔴🔴🔴
