- Place was cleaned up nicely. - There is a washing machine, which is convenient. - Decent location.

- The apartment was very cold. (we came in January) - In the corner of the upper loft, close to the bed, there appeared to be mold. My nose got very stuffy staying there. - Very unpleasant smell coming from the dryer. - Only one kitchen towel. - When showering, the water doesn't stay hot for very long.

L'estetica del locale molto bella e ben suddiviso, la luce dalla facciata principale, il riscaldamento rapidissimo, la doccia spaziosissima, i saponi di ogni tipo e abbondanti. Buona la posizione.

Le federe macchiate e lenzuolo copriletto strappato, asciugamani macchiati. Troppa poca carta igienica per 3 persone in 5 giorni (2 rotoli soltanto). Abbastanza polvere sotto al letto. Mancava uno scolapiatti in cucina dopo l'uso delle stoviglie. In bagno c'erano macchie di dentifricio precedenti.

"È stato un viaggio indimenticabile a Valencia. Tutto era fantastico. L'alloggio, la città, la gente"

La posizione dell'alloggio è eccellente. La stazione degli autobus è a 10 passi (in una direzione e nell'altra). Vicino al centro città. C'è un bellissimo parco nelle vicinanze per una passeggiata. Lo consiglio.

Non mi viene in mente niente che non andasse :-). Tutto ciò che ci si aspettava dall'alloggio era lì. Tutto è come descritto, corrisponde alle condizioni reali. Non ho lamentele. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Emplacement en plein coeur du quartier de Ruzafa. Appartement avec beaucoup de charme.

Je ne pensais pas que c'tait un rez de chaussée. Donc pas de vue mais cela n'a pas été dérangeant.

The ease of check in/out. Proximity to the marathon was handy. Cleanliness of the apartment. Very modern.15 min walk from the main square. Supermarket just up the road as well as a bike rental shop.
