Nice lady at the front, easy communication

Extremely expensive (260€/night!!!!!) for an old, smelly apartment. So dirty and old that we did not dare to go see the swimming pool that we initially wanted to use. The pictures are Extremely misleading. The bed is an open sofa, not a real bed. The ammenities bottles were half used! The floor mat in the bathroom was stained and the shower curtain was probably not cleaned nor changed in the past 20 years. The fridge and the AC were sooooo noisy it drove us crazy. The only recent thing in the appartement was the microwave. Worst apartment of my entire stay in the Philippines. For this price we were expecting such a nice apartment. This is a shame. I hope these people are ashamed of the fake misleading pictures and description they put online.

The furnishings were old and falling apart. The sofa looks miserable. The floor was oily. The balcony is noisy and hot from the aircon exhaust. Not suitable for relaxing. There is a big step between the bathroom and the living room.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The only thing we missed was a walis tambo to sweep once in a while. You can have an every day cleaning service for additional charge, but that was not necessary for us. The toiletries was good for 2 days stay, but we had everything with us. So that was not a problem as well. Melanie does a great job and is really approachable. They provide a full service (cleaning, laundry, …) if you would like that at additional charge.

Only negative point for us was if you want to use the swimming pool. You have to pay 150PHP per day/per head. And that’s too much for somebody that is already paying there to stay. If you want to swim 30 min or the whole day, the price stays the same. Never experienced in all the hotels and condo’s I stayed, that a paying guest needs to pay extra to use the swimming pool

Property is good and recommended. It has nice view of the Bay. The staff is cooperative too.
